Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets? Tickets?

  2. JK Says:

Are tickets for The Longest Nite sold out already? They aren’t on the ‘purchase tickets’ page?

  3. PB Says:

Where is the purchase tickets page? I am looking all over the web and I can’t find anywhere to buy my tickets! IFC refers me to subway cinema and I can’t find a link to buy my tix. HELP!

  4. Marc Says:

Tickets are on sale at the IFC Center and Japan Society websites right now.

Some of the IFC Center films haven’t been added yet, and LONGEST NITE is one of them. It should be up for sale early this coming week.

  5. Marc Says:

where is the purchase tickets page? I cant seem to locate it anywhere. Is there an event pass for this year?

  6. Earl Gatchalian Says:

Will there be a weekly pass?

  7. JK Says:

Tickets available here. Just find the date :) Cheers!

  8. grady Says:

There will be two pass options that are going on sale today or tomorrow:

    - there’s the Matinee Pass, like last year, that guarantees admission to all matinees (Monday – Friday shows that start at 5pm or earlier), a festival t-shirt, one free popcorn at every show and a hug. Last year it cost $99 and this year it’s going to cost about $125. The price had to go up because IFC ticket prices have gone up.

    - last year we did a six-pack. This year we’re doing a Ten for Ten Pack: ten tickets for $10 each. The only catch is you have to buy all ten tickets at the same time and there are no more than four allowed per screening (to keep people from buying up all the seats at some of the special event shows and re-selling them or keeping out other fans).

  9. geoff Says:

Where will they go on sale? Will it be available for IFC online ticket purchases? Will the people at IFC box office know about it? I’m waiting for 10×10 to buy so I can keep within my budget, don’t want shows to sell out in the meantime.

  10. geoff Says:

I see the NYAFF 10-pack is now available on the IFC ticket purchase process (it’ll appear among the adult/child/senior price options after clicking on a showtime)… and although I didn’t check every single show, it looks like everything is available for purchase now.

  11. geoff Says:

I see “Hard Revenge Milly” twice but no “Hard Revenge Milly 2″ is this accurate?

  12. geoff Says:

Hmmm, I don’t see K-20 on 6/20 8:15pm available on IFC site… any idea when all shows will be available?

  13. geoff Says:

… although still not listed on the website, 6/20 8:15 K-20 tickets were available at box office.

  14. JK Says:

Does anyone know if the Plastic City showing on June 20th at 3:30 will run into or overlap The Longest Nite showing at 5:30? I have tickets for both and don’t want to miss a minute of either! :)

  15. Marc Says:

No overlap on 6/20, or any other day. All the IFC shows are in the same cinema, so you’ll definitely be able to catch one after the other, and even have time to use the bathroom.

The only possible conflict is if you try to see simultaneous shows at both IFC and Japan Society on July 1st and 2nd.

  16. Marc Says:

I noticed on the schedule that certain films appear to overlap. Those films seem to have Theater 2 next to them.Do they overlap or are they just taking place in different theaters.

  17. Marc Says:

Oops. You’re right. For the Friday and Saturday midnight shows at IFC, there are overlapping timeslots. But just for those four shows. Everything is in the big cinema at IFC except shows marked with “theatre 2″, which are in the middle cinema there.

  18. Marc Says:

I noticed on the info are for the passes that some of it seems to contradict itself. Please clarify. Does the Matinee Pass include all films from 12-12 or just the films from 5 pm and earlier. I contacted the IFC Center and they don’t seem to know either.

    - Our MATINEE SIX PACK was such a hit last year, we’ve decided to

expand it and include ALL SHOWS, no matter the start time, to help

offset the higher individual ticket prices in these difficult

    financial times.

  19. Marc Says:

There is no more MATINEE SIX PACK this year, just a SUBWAY TEN PACK that allows you to buy ten tickets to any shows at IFC, for $100.00 total.

  20. grady Says:

To clarify about the passes. It looks like you have last year’s info, Marc, when you talk about a six pack of tickets. This year we offer a matinee pass that’s good to all shows Mon – Fri that start 5pm or earlier. Then we offer a ten pack with which you can buy ten tickets for ten dollars each.

    Anything else is wrong.
